DFH Magnesium Malate

Magnesium Malate is a highly bioavailable form of magnesium. Each 2-capsule serving contains 360 mg of magnesium as di-magnesium malate, which is magnesium bound to malic acid. Magnesium is one of the most critical minerals in the human body that is involved in hundreds of enzymatic reactions.
