College Pharmacy utilizes FedEx as we have found their rates fair and their services of high standard. Unlike some compounding pharmacies, we do not inflate our shipping rates to make our prices look lower than other compounding pharmacies. We negotiate with shipping companies to ensure you receive the best possible shipping prices.

All products that require refrigeration are shipped overnight on ice through FedEx. We also have additional overnight services available, including early morning delivery in some areas, for an additional charge.

Free Standard 3 Day shipping within the continental U.S. on all online nutritional supplement orders of $150 or more!Important: Not all products qualify for the FREE shipping offer. When a product has the "qualifies for FREE Shipping" statement included, it qualifies towards the FREE Shipping on orders of $150 or more. The statement does not indicate that the product has FREE shipping on orders under $150.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, and in its original condition and packaging. Products damaged during the shipping process are eligible for return within 5 calendar days from the date of delivery. Damaged goods returns must contain photo proof of damage.

within the 5-day window. Once your return is approved, we will provide
instructions for sending the item back. Upon receiving and inspecting the
returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, your
refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business
days.

Orders are processed M-Th 9am-5pm MST. If placing an order outside of these times, your order will be processed on the next business day. Please allow for 2-3 business days from the time you place your order until it is shipped via the FedEx option that you choose. If ordering more than 4 bottles of one product there may be a delay in processing times dependent on stock.
