College Pharmacy utilizes FedEx as we have found their rates fair and their services of high standard. Unlike some compounding pharmacies, we do not inflate our shipping rates to make our prices look lower than other compounding pharmacies. We negotiate with shipping companies to ensure you receive the best possible shipping prices.

All products that require refrigeration are shipped overnight on ice through FedEx. We also have additional overnight services available, including early morning delivery in some areas, for an additional charge.

International? If you live outside of the U.S. and would like to place an order, please contact us via phone, fax, or email. Our online store does not accept payment from international accounts or addresses. You will need to contact us directly to process your order.

Order Processing Time: Please allow for 2-3 business days (M-F) from the time you place your order until it is shipped via the FedEx option that you choose. Processing times will vary based off of order volume.

College Pharmacy's Return Policy

We regret that we cannot accept returns on any custom compounds or commercial prescription products. State regulations prohibit the resale of such items so we encourage chemically sensitive patients to discuss any problems with their healthcare providers and thoroughly inquire about ingredients before purchasing new therapies from our pharmacy. You also may request smaller quantities of new prescriptions until you are sure the medication can be tolerated.

To ensure customer safety, we also do not accept returns of non-prescription commercial products or over-the-counter supplements. Please check every order for completeness and accuracy as well as any possible damage. If there are any concerns, please call the Customer Service Department at 719-262-0022 or 800-888-9358 within 24 hours of receiving your order. Also, please be sure to notify us immediately if your address and phone number have changed.
